“In the summer of 1997 my family and I made the decision to relocate from Cincinnati to Bellefonte, KY, a part of Advantage Valley. Our expectations for the region were exceeded as we were able to find a nice affordable home in a top ranked school district. We quickly came to realize that our individual community was part of a larger area that offered many nice restaurants, outstanding higher education facilities, excellent hospitals, access to the arts and an immense amount of outdoor activities including golf, boating, rafting, hiking, hunting and fishing.
